Tricia Kidd

Tricia brings over 20 years of experience in the not-for-profit industry, focusing on grant writing, program administration, and continuous improvement evaluations for public schools and community-based organizations. With a Bachelor of Arts in English and Marketing from Ohio University, Tricia's diverse skill set allows her to design consulting services that meet the unique needs of our clients and their funders. She excels in crafting compelling grant proposals, fostering community engagement, and ensuring our clients' programs are effective and resource-optimized.

Beyond her professional expertise, Tricia's commitment to community well-being is demonstrated by her involvement in various state and local boards of directors, including the Ohio Travel Association, United Way, YMCA, and the Jonathan Alder Athletic Boosters. As an active member of professional associations such as the Ohio Department of Education's State Evaluator Task Force, Ohio Afterschool Network (OAN), Ohio Program Evaluators Group (OPEG), and the American Evaluation Association (AEA), Tricia remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

Karley Larison 

Karley is a highly skilled consultant specializing in program implementation and evaluation, specifically focusing on youth development activities, college/career awareness programs, and professional development. She collaborates closely with Program Managers to design and execute impactful activities that empower young individuals and meet organizational goals. Karley's expertise lies in creating comprehensive program plans, fostering meaningful relationships with participants, and engaging with educational institutions, employers, and community partners to enhance program outcomes. She also supports Program Managers in designing tailored workshops, trainings, and mentorship opportunities to address skill gaps, promote leadership development, and foster excellence. Karley's facilitation skills ensure participants acquire new knowledge, refine their abilities, and improve their professional performance. 

Karley's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Communications from Old Dominion University. Her degree has provided her with a solid foundation in effective communication strategies, enabling her to engage with diverse stakeholders, tailor program content to various audiences, and effectively convey program goals and outcomes.
